Post Natal Fitness

We know it can be very difficult to find time to exercise when your a new mum!  Here at Purple Gecko we offer a range of Post Natal classes such as Baby Massage, Baby Yoga and an 8 week Post Natal exercise course.  - All these sessions are made to fit around you and your baby.

We also offer our 8 week post natal online programme so you can complete this in your own time from the comfort of your own home.

Pre Natal Fitness 

A women's heath during pregnancy is extremely important and (gentle) exercise during pregnancy has many benefits such as:
 

  • reduces risk of pregnancy complications

  • speeds up post delivery recovery

  • boost mood

  • lowers blood pressure

  • eases back and pelvic pain

  • improves sleep

  • fight fatigue
